支持細胞瘤（英語：Sertoli cell tumour, Sertoli cell tumor），是一種隸屬于卵巢腫瘤或睪丸腫瘤下的一類性索間質腫瘤，是由支持細胞病變引起。盡管支持細胞細胞通常在睪丸中[1]，而此類病變在被發現于卵巢中[2]。
一類腫瘤同時產生病變的間質細胞和支持細胞的綜合癥，被稱為支持間質細胞瘤。

診斷
由于腫瘤生成大量的雌性激素，1/3的女性患者都會有女性化的特征。卵巢腫瘤伴有內分泌紊亂情況下，會被診斷為間質細胞瘤、卵巢顆粒細胞瘤、或泡膜細胞瘤。最終診斷依賴于術中或術后組織學病理分析。
治療
常見的支持細胞瘤治療方式是手術，通常是保留生育功能的單側輸卵管卵巢切除術。對于惡性腫瘤，需要采用更激進的手術策略，并通常使用輔助化學療法，一些時候需要放射療法。在所有治療過程中，需要保持多次物理檢查與成像監控，因為在很多病例中，支持細胞瘤并沒有引起腫瘤標記數值的增加[3]。
預后效果通常很理想，腫瘤大多時候生長緩慢，而且是良性的。但對于惡性腫瘤的病例，因為其組織學不同，預后效果往往很差[3]。
支持細胞瘤也存在于其他物種中，包括家鴨[4]、狗類[5][6]，和馬類。
